I love love love this refrigerator. It fits right into the 33 space in my kitchen. The ice maker is wonderful and I have so much room to store my frozen foods. The refrigerator is roomy enough to store all the condiments that need refrigeration I like to cook international meals and the door shelves are large enough to hold my dairy and juice drinks. After 30+ years we finally remodeled our kitchen and this is my one of my favorite parts of it. The design is just perfect. Everything has a place to live like the eggs and milk and butter and dairy and veggies. It has a great little shelf where the doors open to put things on while you pour or rearrange. Ive had this refrigerator for about a month now and absolutely love the look and the amount of space in the refrigerator and the freezer. It makes a few different noises but seems to work appropriately. The interior lighting is wonderful helps to see everything clearly. I was initially worried about the solid shelving only two adjustable shelves but everything fits into this beautiful refrigerator perfectly Storage bins in door are AWESOME and even though there isnt a separate storage compartment for butter as noted by my husband it all works wonderfully together

Two year life

Refrigerator died 2 years to day after purchase. It took five days for LG to send a repairman and then because the compressor is under warranty LG insists on replacing it with their own parts. So we are waiting another three weeks for parts to arrive. NEVER AGAIN. Also right hand door has to be pushed closed.

Refrigerator was installed on February 16 2023. We were happy with the installers they were professional and knowledgeable about the product. We are happy with the product overall. The exception is the ice maker only produces 12 cubes per 24 hours it should produce 50 to 110 cubes per 24 hours per the manual. Tech will come out this week. Also it is not easy to use the Smart Diagnosis function without WIFI. Still cant get it to work.

Seems better from previous LG

Been almost 7 weeks and the most obvious difference from our previous LG same model is that its much quieter. Theres been a few changes to the shelves and drawers. Not as robust as our previous one but sufficient and the changes add more shelf space. The only con is the shelf vertical space. Large juice containers just barely fit. The caps just squeeze by the shelf above with a little rub.

Was scared to take the Jump to buy after having a 22 year old Fridge. But Alas I did and it is fantastic plenty room. It is lit up inside where you can see every inch of the inside. Ice maker puts out clean filtered ice cubes at a fairly fast pace. Plenty room for frozen good in freezer. Great fridge

Weve had this fridge a few weeks now and we love it. Its so quite and packs a lot of space inside for being a narrower fridge. No complaints except that the delivery partner LG uses - RXO - was an absolute pain to work with and it took over a month longer than what LG committed when we bought it to actually get it delivered.

New fridge ice maker not working

Spoke to several techs over the phone. Polite but were only reading the same information I walked through the same trouble shooting process with each one explaining to them we need to look at the water filter ..issue between filter and ice maker. By the time we get to that point they find an excuse to hang up. This was on chat. No help at all. This is our second LG fridge. Sadly our last.

Stopped cooling in less than a month

Bought in November of 2022 and received the Monday after Thanksgiving. Christmas day it stopped cooling and our entire Christmas dinner and refrigerator full of food had to be thrown out because we didnt know how long it has been broken that day. It is now January 10th and its still not fixed. Had a service call last week and are now waiting for parts so it can be properly fixed. Weve been without a refrigerator since Christmas day.

A Refreshing New Design

Very high quality construction. The French doors are amazing. The inside of the refrigerator has more storage than our previous fairly new side by side and this doesnt even take into account the storage in the inside of the doors. There is a convenient pull out full-width lunch meat tray beneath two side by side vegetable drawers. The freezer section is also very big with multiple compartments with a sliding access drawer. Very quiet operation - cannot hear it running.
